Short : 1.8 km  Estimated time 30 to 45 minutes  The place to start if this is your first time (Yellow difficulty grading)

Medium: 3.2km Estimated time 45 to 60 minutes A bit longer and a little harder(Orange difficulty grading)

Long: 4.8km Estimated time 60 to 90 minutes Longer and harder (Light green difficulty grading)
