Grasmere Village - LOC Maprun Challenge Novice Course

The Lakeland Orienteering Club Maprun Challenge is a series of novice anytime-orienteering courses to complete and capture using the Maprun app on your smartphone.   

All the Maprun Challenge courses are suitable for beginners to navigate by following line features such as paths, walls and fences.

Grasmere Village Trail uses a unique map with an OpenStreetMap base map with 21 controls to find by following the footpaths around Grasmere and nearby trails through fields and woodland.  

Please take extra care alongside the river and near traffic.
