Helix Park, Falkirk
Try orienteering around the Helix Park. A wonderful, safe, open space near Falkirk. Three courses are on offer to suit all abilities from wheelchair users, and families with small children to runners seeking a bit more adventure than their normal run.
Short Course - 1.3k
A relatively simple course for wheelchair users or beginners with small children. Find the controls in order. It will probably take about 20-40 minutes depending on how much time is spent enjoying the outdoors.
Medium Course - 1.8k
A slightly further and more challenging course than the Short. This one gives you the opportunity take different routes choices and leave the paths. It will probably take about 25 - 45 minutes depending on your pace, navigational skills and time spent enjoying the views.
Long Course - 2.9k
The longest and most challenging of all three courses. It will probably take 40 - 60 minutes to do depending on your pace and navigational skills. If in doubt, try a shorter course first.
