Itchen Valley Country Park

Following extensive work at the Country Park, the map and courses have all been updated.

Itchen Valley Country Park is mostly flat, with a good network of paths, woodland and open land.

The three courses are designed to help beginners and improvers learn about Map reading and Orienteering symbols.

The short course is 2.2Km long and pushchair friendly, the Medium is 3.2Km and the Long course is 4.4Km; no course should take longer than 1 hour, which includes the score event where you can try to get all the controls in any order within 60 Minutes (good luck).
