Pooley Fields Country Park

Pooley Fields Country Park is a recovered mining area next to the Coventry Canal (beware deep water).

The M42 crosses the area on an elevated section near the Start of the Permanent Orienteering Courses.

There are many paths in the area which is well used by walkers, dog-walkers and fishermen.

Most of the forested area is runnable with a small hill surmounted by a tower to commemorate the former mining.
