The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, Aberfoyle
Three different orienteering courses (new 2017) based from the visitor centre that offers a variety of physical and technical challenges - something for almost everyone.
Course 1 - Easy - 1.3k. A fairly simple course for beginners or families with young children. It will probably take about 20-30 minutes with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the forest on the way.
Course 2 - Moderately Difficult - 2.0k. More challenging and will probably take 30-45minutes unless you spend more time enjoying the forest.
Course 3 - Hard - 2.6k Challenging navigation and through-the-forest running opportunities make this a great course for the experienced orienteer or someone who really wants to be tested. Expect to take up to an hour and possibly more.

The Visitor Centre has various displays, play area, a variety of walks, picnic areas, Go-Ape and a cafe with excellent views!
