Welton Village (Short) 4km

This course remains within the boundaries of Welton village north of Lincoln. It includes crossings of the minor roads within the village but apart from road crossings there are footpaths or pavements on all plausible route choices. All crossings of roads within the 30 mph area should be executed with care.

The majority of the course and route options will be along footpaths and pavements with very small stretches (<30m) of running on maintained grass.

The course is planned at 3 km and the optimum running distance has been found to be closer to 4.5km. There is negligible climb.
